Information we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us through a form: your name, email, and the project details you share in a newsletter sign-up, a planner download, a project inquiry, or a contact request. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect financial or payment information on this site.
Cookies and analytics
Essential storage keeps the site working and remembers your cookie choice. Analytics and marketing tools do not load at all unless you allow them. By default every non-essential category is set to denied, and nothing runs until you choose. You can review or change your selection at any time from the cookie preferences panel.
Analytics and advertising tools
When you allow them, we use Google Analytics to understand aggregated visits, and Google Ads and the Meta pixel to measure our advertising. These tools may set their own cookies and process limited data through Google and Meta. If you do not allow them, they never load and no data is sent.
Email and marketing
Newsletter sign-ups and planner downloads use a double opt-in through our email provider, Brevo. You receive a confirmation email and are only added to a list after you click the link. Each opt-in records your consent and its date. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
How we use your information
We use your information to answer your inquiry, send the material you asked for, follow up about your project, and improve the site. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not send marketing email unless you opted in.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us operate: our email platform (Brevo) for opt-in messages you requested, and Google and Meta for the analytics and advertising you allowed. We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and opt-in records for as long as needed to serve you and to keep an accurate record of your consent, and no longer than necessary. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can change your cookie choices whenever you like, unsubscribe from any email, and ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. To make a request, email info@formyouleinc.com.
Where your information is processed
We are based in Canada. Some of our providers, such as Brevo, Google, and Meta, may process information on servers in other countries. Where that happens, the information is handled under those providers’ own safeguards and applicable law.
